ThruNite TH10 Headlamp ~ The Best Headlamp I Have Used

ThruNite has very fine quality products and this is no exception. In the box you get the headlamp, battery charger with carrying case, spare O rings and a spare headlamp mount and detailed instructions.

The TH10 headlamp is made very well with high quality materials. I have used this lamp heavily every night now for a while and it has held up in all types of weather and conditions. It has also taken many impacts and falls during this time. It still performs like the day it was made.

The ThruNite TH10 headlamp has many functions but my favorite of all is the memory mode. When you turn on this headlamp it goes into the last mode that you used. This means that instead of fumbling through all sorts of modes, looking for the one you want, you immediately go into your favorite mode when you press the power button. This can save your night vision and maybe even your life depending on the situation.

I use this light mostly for searching for predators in the night around the off grid homestead. This is why I need a super bright light that turns on in the correct mode when I need it. The ThruNite TH10 is that light.

The TH10 has a firefly mode which gives out about .2 Lumens and lasts 65 days on a charge. There is the low mode which gives out 11 Lumens and lasts 107 hours. Then there is my favorite, the medium mode, with 172 Lumens and lasts 9 hours. Next is the high mode with 490 Lumens and lasts 178 minutes. And the TH10 headlamp has a turbo mode with a whopping 750 Lumens and it still lasts 118 minutes on a full charge in this mode. And finally the flashing SOS mode with a full 750 Lumens and it lasts 270 minutes.

In the high mode I can see clearly across the meadow and can see details on the other side. In the turbo mode I can see tree branches and leaves out there in the trees like it is daytime.

The ThruNite Th10 has a sort of warm white LED light which us unusual for a headlamp. I am impressed with the overall quality of this light.

This light is rated waterproof at 1.5 meters for 30 minutes.

The included charger is quite amazing in itself. This is a smart charger which accepts an input of 5 volts or 12 volts DC. It is auto sensing. This is cool because I can take it hiking and charge up my batteries using my folding solar panel on the go.

But another awesome thing about this battery charger is that it takes just about any battery that you can throw at it. It charges anything that will fit into its tray.

But yet another amazing feature is that this charger turns into a power pack when you put a charged battery into it. There is a USB output so that you can charge your devices on the go using this little device.
