As you continue to breathe deeply, visualize yourself sitting by the campfire in the forest. Hear the gentle crackling of the fire and feel its warmth on your skin. See the flickering flames and the glow they create around you.

Take a moment to appreciate the peaceful surroundings of the forest. Notice the trees, the leaves rustling in the wind, and the scent of nature. Allow yourself to fully immerse in the tranquility of this moment.

As you sit by the campfire, allow your thoughts to come and go like the flames dancing in front of you. Don't judge or try to change them, simply observe them without attachment. Focus on your breath and the calm feeling it brings to your body and mind.

Stay in this peaceful state for as long as you need. When you're ready, take a final deep breath and gently open your eyes, feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
