From the time Patient RM116 entered the Bel Pre Health & Rehab Facility @ 2601 Bel Pre Road Silver Spring Maryland; that, anyone; even someone with very little vision, could see that the HOLE in the building he was placed in, and, the crude supposed (bed) frame he was placed on, were not conducive with the expectation or intent of providing further rehabilitation; leading to health and the possibility of discharge back to society. HE DIDN’T STAND A CHANCE IN THIS HOLE! O, WE FOUND HELL ALRIGHT!
