Sub Titled: WE FOUND HELL!

*Bel Pre* supposedly is LICENSED AS/ AND FOR, (KEY): HEALTH & REHABILITATION! **If in fact, Med Star Georgetown University Hospital had [NOT] clearly expected Bel Pre to further what they'd already accomplished; [REHAB] that is, they would've recommended; and, discharged (USA SGT, Blackwell, James E, Jr.) directly to [HOSPICE], they *DO* know the difference.* BUILDINGS, HOMES, and, all types of DWELLINGS are BANNED, CONDEMNED, and DEEMED UNINHABBITABLE for LESS MOLD and DAMPNESS than this!

#TO TELL THE TRUTH AND NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH; SO, HELP ME GOD!

**PATIENT RM #116 (USA SGT, BLACKWELL JAMES E, Jr)**

Admitted: 22 Oct 22 – 22 Jan 23. He Dies: Dead, in just under (90) days of arrival @ Bel Pre Health & Rehabilitation Center 2601 Bel Pre Road Silver Spring, MD 20906 (Montgomery County).

(What’s My Point?)

**Let me put this on the table first** Don’t tell me about being under staffed. My automatic response to that is this: “So, knowing that he, (Patient Rm116) was discharged from MedStar Georgetown University Hospital to your facility; that, all you had was this HOLE in your building to offer him, why didn’t your sense of humanity, or at least your sense of medical professional ethics kick in, and; you make a qualified decision to suggest to Georgetown that the patient be discharged to another facility?” I KNOW WHY YOU DIDN’T**

It’s this exactly: From the time Patient RM116 entered the Bel Pre Health & Rehab Facility @ 2601 Bel Pre Road Silver Spring Maryland; that, anyone; even someone with very little vision, could see that the HOLE in the building he was placed in, and, the crude supposed (bed) frame he was placed on, were not conducive with the expectation or intent of providing further rehabilitation; leading to health and the possibility of discharge back to society. HE DIDN’T STAND A CHANCE IN THIS HOLE! O, WE FOUND HELL ALRIGHT!

Look around closely in this room; honestly, do you see a single condition/ situation conducive with health & rehabilitation; muscle strengthening; or even anything that might lend to the ability to SAVE YOUR LIFE in an emergency? **Peruse the bathroom closely; in fact, you don't even have to look closely before you'd wonder, ‘if you could take yourself to the bathroom, would you willfully subject yourself to this trap, the filth, the trash and mold that surrounds you?’ In an emergency you’d truly be **SOL** There’s no way of alerting anyone for help, period! In this make-shift bathroom, everything was broken! Everything was filthy, period!

**PATIENT ASKS, and ASKS for SOMETHING to DRINK**

**I was there so, I was able to give him about 8 ounces of lemonade and about 2.5 ounces of orange juice to drink: you can't begin to realize how happy that made me! [KEY]: Goes to **Cognitive Skills, and Organ Functionality** availability and being on *POINT* Why ever was I told, he was having trouble swallowing.
