Today we're making a gluten free pasta salad !

Ingredients:

Gluten free pasta : 300grams
Cherry tomatoes : 200grams (or as much as you like)
Extra virgin olive oil: 3 tablespoons
Garlic: 1 clove, grated (or more if you like garlic)
Lemon zest: 1 whole lemon
Lemon juice: 1 whole lemon
Mozzarella: 200grams
Basil: Only the leaves, finely chopped (as much as you prefer)
Salt and pepper: To taste
