Did the Prosecution Miss a Confession buried in Alex Murdaugh's Testimony on Cross Exam?

In this video I break down where the cross examination was good and where it was bad, and how the prosecutor missed a key opportunity to impeach Alex on the murders. It is my view that at least of the answers on cross-examination was in fact a confession to the murders, since in that statement he says "I can tell you for a fact..." Take a few minutes to evaluate my thinking here.
