Diablo 3 S28 Wizard TRIUMVIRATE build OP!

The struggle was real, all the way up to lvl 70 until this source dropped.
I only need to use Signature once every 6 seconds or so to keep up the 3 stacks that boosts the dmg of arcane orb by 300% for each stack. It melts everything. I have garbage loot. I'm using 4 pieces of the hydra set and I'm not even using hydra.
