Manchester United ended their six-year wait for a trophy after a 2-0 win over Newcastle United saw them crowned Carabao Cup champions on Sunday.

Casemiro broke the deadlock in the first half before an own goal from Sven Botman gave Erik ten Hag his first trophy as Manchester United head coach.

The Red Devils remain in the running to win four trophies this season, with Ten Hag eyeing what would be a historic quadruple.

No team in England has managed to win all three major domestic trophies (Premier League, Carabao Cup, FA Cup), as well as a European trophy in one season.
