Pinellas Can Turn Down CARES Money to Prevent Federal Control

Pinellas can choose not to take CARES Act money; this prevents the government from coercing us at the local level. We can also pass legislation at the state level to prevent being part of a globalist WHO treaty to suspends our liberties if they declare a “pandemic” of their own definition.
