Do toddlers have their own language?

The google says toddlers speak their own language so it must be true. Babbling is an important part of the baby's communication- PROMOTE it....I don't care what anyone says (go ahead- comment with your opinion) its okay to babble back to a baby! They are going learn words even if you are babbling AT them!
