Michio has lived a life of perpetual bullying. During his elementary school years, he was constantly bullied, so he learned Kendo and Aikido to become strong enough to defend himself. However, when he got to high school, he was treated like an outcast. Completely uninterested in the world around him, one day while idly browsing a suicide website, he came across a strange advertisement for what appeared to be a fantasy MMORPG.

Clicking on the ad took him to what appeared to be a typical character creation screen, but to set his attributes he had to earn points by pulling a random number using a roulette wheel. After trying over and over again, he managed to get 99, the maximum number possible, which allowed him to reset all of his stats at will.

Once satisfied and confirmed, he didn't start a game, but found himself in a completely different world! With the skills he set up, he used his powers to become an adventurer, earn money and gain the right to claim all the beautiful girls he met, forming his harem of dreams!
