Cooking chicken and rice grilled on the fire and coal.
Cooking grilled chicken and rice on fire and charcoal.
A chicken weighing approximately 3 kg or any size
Onion cut into two pieces
5 garlic cloves
4 pods of green pepper
A tablespoon of salt
Half a tablespoon of black pepper
A tablespoon of cumin
Less than a tablespoon of turmeric
Less than a tablespoon of coriander
A small splash of saffron yolk

Rice amounts
5 cups of rice, washed and soaked for an hour
Onion finely chopped
4 crushed garlic cloves
4 pods of green pepper
Bay leaf
3 pieces of black lemon
Black pepper 10 grains approx
Approximately 10 coriander seeds
cinnamon stick
Half a tablespoon of cumin
Mixed spices that you like, half a tablespoon

Cook the chicken and put it in a large pot that can accommodate the chicken with all the spices
And put it on for about an hour.
The fire will be high at first, and after the chicken is cooked, put some chicken stock to cook the rice on a low heat with all the previous ingredients, and leave it for half an hour, stirring it at first, until it is cooked and ready to eat.
