I am an award-winning ecological entrepreneur from Kashmir. I specialize in coaching aspiring and struggling entrepreneurs, individuals, and organizations to develop an axtraordinary mindset and entrepreneurial skills to thrive in challenging situations.

In 2018, I founded The Village Academy, a platform dedicated to empowering individuals through self education and promoting ecological entrepreneurship. Before that, In 2009, I founded Mool Sustainability Research and Training Center, a non-profit organization with a mission to build capacity for sustainable personal and community transformation. In 2013, I also founded Sagg Eco Village, J&K's first ecovillage with a mission to build integrative and regenerative lifestyles and communities.

I have engaged over 10,000 people in participatory personal and community transformation, and has been a consultant to various local and international organizations. I have been a travel and adventure sports enthusiast, and am passionate about exploring human potential, personal development, ecological entrepreneurship, and regenerative travel.
