God is good and if we want His blessings it means that we must be ready to receive that which is needful and good for our spiritual walk. For what does it profit a man to gain the whole world yet lose his soul? God is interested in our salvation first and foremost. He wants to bless us with comfort too but not to our own destruction.We must understand that He sees things differently than we do. And His ways are higher than ours.
