Scuffles broke out between protesters demanding more action on climate change, and security guards at an agricultural fair in Paris attended by French President Emmanuel Macron.

The president had earlier been met with angry shouts from activists as he sought to defend his unpopular pension reforms, and show he hears the concerns of farmers and other citizens.
