Through fear, coercion, manipulation, control and now genetic modification there is an almost supernatural force to strip humanity of everything that makes us human; our emotions, our compassion, our creativity, our ingenuity, our empathy, our liberty and our incredible capacity for love.
It is now more important than ever to hang on to our God given human condition.

Desensitization is a matter of changing or dampening the normal response to a stimulus. its danger stems from the possibility of apathy toward life events. This can lead to some sort of diminished response or even no response to what might be considered a dangerous event.
