Here I am demonstrating How to do The Sumo Deadlift with Proper Form. The smooth dead lift is an advanced exercise, but a very effective exercise. This exercise is great for people who have very long arms as you are not required to lift the weight up as much as you would with the conventional dead lift. The benefit of this exercise is you get a bit more knee bend in it, so it works the quads a bit more and you keep your back a bit more upright so for those of you, that may have back issues doing conventional deadlifts they might be alleviated with this variation.
