Father reminisces about fishing with his son(?)

A dialogue event I found in Wolfenstein: The Old Blood features a man reminiscing about fishing with who I think is his son. I'm not too familiar with the Wolfenstein lore to know who he's referencing, so for now, I'm just going to say it's his son
