The Gutti Vankaya Curry recipe is a very delicious dish from Andhra.

This stuffed brinjal curry in Andhra style is one of my favourite recipes so I make this often in my house alongside plain rice and chapati.

This dish can be made with green brinjals but in this video, I made it with purple brinjals. In North India, this recipe is also called baingan masala curry/bagara baingan
