Ukraine War Putin Taunts World War 3, backs out of nuclear treaty

Vladamir Putin is backing out of the New Start deal with the United States which allows him to amass an unchecked nuclear arsenal. Chinese leader Xi Jinping plans to visit Moscow to discuss the war. Joe Biden and NATO are concerned this may lead to China supplying military weapons to Russia.
