Stir-fried sweet potato stems

▶️ Recipe (measuring rice spoon)
1. Add 1 salt and sweet potato stems to boiling water and boil for 8 minutes.
2. Wash the sweet potato stems, squeeze out the water, and cut them into 5-6 cm.
3. Stir-fry sweet potato stems with 1 cooking oil and 3 perilla oil
4. Add 2 Korean soy sauce, 1 anchovy sauce, and 2 minced garlic and stir-fry.
5. When the water is reduced to some extent, add 3 to 4 perilla sesame powder and 200 to 250 ml of water and stir-fry thoroughly.
6. Add half chopped green onion and mix
7. Cover the sweet potato stems with a lid and cook them over low heat for 3 to 5 minutes.
8. Perilla oil 1, sprinkle sesame seeds to finish

▶️Add Cheongyang pepper and onion according to your appetite^^
