Idiot at The Rim - Near Miss Accident

This "lady" pulled up next to me when I was about to turn onto the frontage road, which made me miss my opportunity. Then she pulled out ACROSS the first lane, which was clear, into the left lane which... well, you'll see.

I know it looks like I pulled out and blocked the oncoming car from moving over rather than hitting his brakes, but I was still in a turn lane, he (or she, not sure) had plenty of room and was actually by me before I moved. The camera angle is odd. Looking at it I DO think I should have waited longer though, just in case I had started moving and they chose to not change lanes because of that... I was definitely a bit quick there when there was no need.

Interestingly, I had expected to have a lot more footage like this, but honestly, most of what I might have recorded was too far away to be useful. Folks have been pretty good lately. We'll see what happens as the weather warms up and daylight lasts longer.
