abalone rice

▶️Recipe (Serves 4)
1.1 cup: 200ml / Wash 2 and a half cups of rice and half a cup of glutinous rice and set aside through a sieve.
2. Put 3 pieces of kelp in 4 cups of water and soak it
3. Trimmed abalone, 5 cross-patterned, the rest crosswise
4 Put butter in a heated pot and stir-fry abalone and (organs)
5. Add rice and fry again
6. Add 3 cups of kelp water, 1 rice wine, and 2 dark soy sauce, stir and boil for 1 minute.
7. Reduce the heat, put the abalone on top, close the lid, and cook on low heat for 10 minutes
8. Turn off the fire, add butter and steam for 10 minutes
▶️Sauce (measured with rice spoon)
Dark soy sauce 4, Joseon soy sauce 1, plum liquid 2, water or kelp water 5, minced green onion 2, minced green red pepper 1 each, minced garlic 1, sesame seeds,
Add sesame oil and red pepper powder as much as you like
