Ukraine frontline fighting: street battles as Russia advances on Vuhledar.

Russia is stepping up its offensive in the east of Ukraine, a year on from the start of the war.

Some of the fiercest fighting is around the city of Vuhledar in the Donbas region, as Russian troops advance into the city.
