▶️Ingredients
3 potatoes (medium size), 1/2 onion, 1 Cheongyang pepper, 1 red pepper (passable)

▶️Sauce (measured with rice spoon)
Mix 5 soy sauce, 1 sugar, 1 minced garlic, and 100ml of water

▶️ Recipe (measuring rice spoon)
1. Cut potatoes into cubes, wash in water and drain the water.
2. Chop the onion and green red pepper
3. Add enough oil and cook until the potatoes are golden brown
4. Add onion and fry for another 2-3 minutes
