Secret Sheepshead Bait?

Trying to re-create the success of another YouTube fishing Channel with a strange choice of bait for sheepshead. Southern Salt claims that worms are an alternative to fiddler crabs when they are unavailable....J.C. from Rad Reeling' Fishing says it's "Myth Busted". I had some good bites at Coffee Pot Bayou, and want to try to confirm either my gullibility or the fact that worms can work in a pinch....
