Abortion survivor Sarah Zagorski was accidentally born alive during an induced abortion procedure. Her abortionist attempted to convince her mother that she would be a "vegetable" if she gave her life-saving medical care. Against all odds, she survived. Zagorski and Gruber talk about growing up as an abortion survivor and how the pro-death crowd continue denying her existence. She is now the Director of Communications at Louisiana Right To Life Education Committee and has dedicated her life to advocating for the unborn, foster care and adoption.
