New Lord of the Rings Movies DESTROY Rings of Power

The Lord of the Rings movie rights have been purchased by Warner Brothers from Embracer group for several years. This is separate to the Amazon Rings of Power TV series rights for Lord of the Rings. Given that Warner Brothers created the original Lord of the Rings trilogy movies with Peter Jackson, is this a good sign? Can these Lord of the Rings movies destroy Rings of Power? Will they be worth watching and fix current Hollywood Entertainment?
