H.A.A.R.P. Weather Warfare “SNOW”…

I did my own experiments on this strange, unusual “SNOW” we received here in California. Here’s my results… This is man made “SNOW” with plastic chemicals in it, DO NOT EAT OR DRINK IT!!!
