From fat to fit in 10 months: Getting in shape at any age!

It doesn't matter what size you are, what kind of shape you're in, or how young or old, you can lose significant weight and get in shape much faster than you think. It just takes discipline and willpower but in just a few short months you can see major changes.

Too often people don't make it through the first month not understanding that those first 30 days are the hardest part. But if you can survive those first 30 days, it gets easier. After the first 40 to 60 days you will start to see changes to your body. Your clothes will fit differently and now you're running downhill.

A short 6 months into it, regardless of size, you're going to see significant results and now you have a lifestyle.
