Sons Of The Forest Gameplay - Intro and Exploration

Summary:
I thought I was still in the intro scene when I was in the helicopter XD. Looks like we are looking for the Puffton family who is on this island. I assume the island is the one from the previous Forest game.

Someone shoots us down then knocks me out for whatever reason. I guess I am meant to stay alive. We find ourselves in the mountains and one of my buddies, Kelvin, is still alive but he took a huge hit to the head it looks like and I have to speak with him through a notepad. I later checked for a third guy who was under the helicopter but I realize now that there must have been a fourth guy, the pilot. Never did find him =/.

No Tutorial but there are tool tips once in awhile.

I find various supplies strewned about including meds which I heal myself up with. GPS tracker is very useful as it indicates places I can go to and Guidebook that tells me how to build stuff. Had trouble getting rid of stuff from my hands like the paper target; Never did know what happened with that.

Explored the area and killed some fish and rabbits. I went to a camp nearby where we find dead people in a cave by a frozen lake so we take what we can and head out.

We bumped into a native, cannibal maybe?, didn't do anything to us but was making me more paranoid.

Our next destination led us to cave with 3 dead soldiers in front of it held up by sticks. I made a torch and headed in to the cave. All I found was an air tank. I learned to craft a molotov cocktail, hammer, and spear as well.

It got dark really fast and I couldn't see anything so I got Kelvin to build us a fire and shelter so we could save at least. I can't even light my torch so lucky I have him. Started cooking the food I caught over the fire (At least I hope it's cooking and not burning XD). Will keep exploring in the next video, first light. Thanks for watching. Please Like and Subscribe.
