Behavioral still in control of my Medical Care (and narrative) not my Doctor.

I have been dealing with connective tissue / fascia disease both superficial and deep. I took on the challenge of self-care, fought my way over 1+ year, off the path of losing my legs and a trajectory towards a long term care facility. I still have multiple problems to mitigate on a daily basis, it is an extremely debilitating disease, especially if not managed properly. Thankfully everyday living has improved some. I am still in the Living room a whole lot....the difference, I am on the floor, mat, rug and rollers. What freed me from bondage ( I was all bound up without proper care) was an intervention and knowledge, that began late 2021. I am most thankful. I will not elaborate. What was being executed and planned for me was horrific, again, I will not elaborate. I give much thanks and often. My YOUTUBE channel jonah70757
