Residents in quake-hit Syrian village pray without mosque

Hundreds of worshippers in a Syrian village in the north-western province of Idlib are still without a mosque, weeks after the region was struck by a deadly earthquake. On Friday (February 24), dozens of people stood outdoors amid the rubble of the Al-Maland mosque to offer prayers led by the mosque's imam.
