Winter Wonderland Ice plunge/ ice bath

I take an ice bath or cold plunge daily, sometimes 2 times a day. This was taken after a big snow storm in New Hampshire. Our tub was quite the frosty fun time. Check out. Cold therapy has so many benefits for both mental and physical health. I encourage you to try it but if you are new to this start slowly with a short cold shower and increase slowly as you are able.
