SNOW PLUNGE!!! NEW HAMPSHIRE
I have been doing the cold / ice plunge since May of 2022. I live in New Hampshire and our cold ice tub outside naturally froze with ice as Winter progressed. I decided to also try plunging directly into the snow after taking a very cold shower. This video shows my experience. I decided to snow plunge when there was a big storm occurring. I wanted to delight in the snowflakes falling down from the sky onto my face and body. Much gratitude to Wim Hof. I have been studying his cold plunging and breath work for a few years now. The breath work since 2019 and the cold plunging and ice bath since this past May 2022.
