The Overton Window Explains "Why I Left the Left"

The past few years have seen prominent intellectuals and influencers (like Steven Pinker or Joe Rogan) leave the left or get kicked out. It wasn't always because their views changed, either. It's happening because the gatekeepers of Left-dom have a bass-ackwards understanding of a political concept called the Overton Window.
