Take a break from the computer screen and ease tension in your shoulders, neck, and hips with Seated Cow Face Pose.

Inhale and extend your right arm overhead, then exhale and bend your elbow to reach your right hand down between your shoulder blades. Inhale and lift your left arm out to the side, then exhale and bring your left arm behind your back, trying to clasp your fingers or using a towel to reach.

Breathe deeply and hold for a few breaths, then release and repeat on the other side.
