Who's running the show?

Host George Morring gives his theory on who's running our country. Bringing up unable to find the video biden saying "I think you'd be surprised who's running the country". Are there some pieces of the puzzle we can put together that point to China? Also I share a picture before the China balloon invasion. The picture was taken for the purpose of showing we live inside a dome according the Vatican Bible.
