Foraging for False Solomans Seal and Arrowleaf Balsamroot - Part Two

After i get my fresh foraged food home its time to process it. I have never used Arrowleaf balsamroot for food, so in a very ape like primitive way i pull the plant apart until i find its edible value, and what a surprise! The part that historically was consumed needed to be boiled for at least a whole day to break down the fibers, i didn't have time for that, BUT I did enjoy a nice tea from the roots. I also was able to use the shoots in our meal with the False solomans seal.
