2 lemons
2 tablespoons black pepper
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 cup olive oil

Rinse the chicken breasts and pat them dry with paper towels.

In a small bowl, mix together the black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.

Rub the spice mixture onto the chicken breasts, making sure to coat them evenly.

Preheat your smoker to 225°F.

Place the chicken breasts on the smoker grate and close the lid.

Smoke the chicken for 2-3 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

While the chicken is smoking, slice the other lemon into wedges.

After the chicken has finished smoking, remove it from the smoker and let it rest for 5-10 minutes.

Serve the smoked lemon pepper chicken with the lemon wedges on the side.
