Special Meeting of the El Mirador Homeowners Association Board of Directors occurring Thursday, February 23, 2023. The agenda for the meeting contained a single item, "Contracting with a HOA Management Services Company". [sic] The Board adopted the resolution although it appears that not all Board members could hear each other or be heard by everyone simultaneously, as some phoned in while others appear to experience difficulty in their audio.
