Was Trump's Ohio Visit a Fulfillment of Prophecy?

Social media comments remarking on "two Presidents" after Mr. T.'s visit to Ohio on Ash Wednesday caused some to wonder if this event was a fulfillment of Kim Clement's prophecy that there would come a time when America had two Chief Executives?
