1. Wash the soaked gondre (250g) three or four times and squeeze out the water.
2. Finely chop gondre and season with 2 soy sauce, 1 minced garlic, and 2 perilla oil.
3. 200g of beef sirloin (minced meat is possible) 1 dark soy sauce, 2 Korean soy sauce, 1 minced garlic, 1~2 plum juice, 1 sesame oil, pepper, 1 green chilli pepper and stir-fry it salty
4. Wash two cups of rice and soak for 1 hour
5. Stir-fry gondola in a pot, add soaked rice, and mix.
6. When two cups of water boil, cover and cook over medium-low heat for 5 minutes/low heat for 10 minutes/ moxa for 10 minutes
7. Mix in seasoning and eat
