Electric Vehicles wont work- Hydrogen Cars do and have zero carbon emissions

Japan going with Hydrogen fueled cars. The electric vehicles require far way too much material to be mined for the batteries, that are extremely expensive and time extensive to charge that will add to the load of the power plants that governments have systematically shutting down reliable power sources one after another. Electric vehicles are preferred because it requires tax by the mile and far easier implement of control.
