Historic Kern storms lead to county's first ever blizzard warning

An historic storm has made its way to Kern County, and the impact will be getting more severe as the week ends. The amount and severity of snow expected in the mountain areas of southern Kern has prompted the National Weather Service to issue its first ever blizzard warning for any part of Kern County.
