Take notice of the "glitches" that happen 'randomly' but only seem cover the areas that the police were..... ALSO notice the glitches COMPLETELY STOP after the cops left.... COINCIDENCE???? - There are NO COINCIDENCES. - The HIGHLY ILLEGAL ACTIONS of the Capitol and Metro Police that day are scrubbed from this video by 'SOMEONE' .... it wasn't me tho, this is how I found it
