Local author writes books Black people can see themselves in

Continuing our coverage of Black History Month, we take a look at how Black culture and American culture is expressed through the books we read, especially the books we read as children. 23ABC's Ava Kershner spoke to one local author working hard to make sure her daughters see themselves in books in a way she didn't as a child.
