Danger Zone, and the new Embarrassments that teach me.

Remember when I ran 53 psi of boost, enough to run off my timing table, enough to blow the intake off! It went to zero or below degrees timing and backfired in the intake manifold and blew it apart at both ends, as well as blowing the crank trigger and fuel supply line for main Fuel rail off at the same time. It was a blessing that we didn't burn it down in the middle of the street, but it miraculously did not catch fire. I thank the Good lord for that.

Now we will learn to weld or grind or both, and get uncomfortable with slow progress, by doing things the best we can, and out of our comfort zone.

So now we need to see if my lack of skills can even fix this mess. All my welder buddies are busy, or unable to get ahold of. Why did I buy a welding machine if I am afraid to use it?
