BY NATURE CHILDREN OF WRATH... Eph.2:1-3

Born under the law is to be by nature a child of wrath. Anyone who was not born under the law, which includes all people that are not Israelites, can not fit this description. Because the law works wrath. Because only under the law is sin imputed. Rightly dividing the word of truth(2Tim.2:15) is the only way we will understand Paul's doctrine.
