Episode 52 -- Dude's insane ability shows difference between men and women

Genetics make it impossible for men to be women and vice versa, but that don't stop some people from dipping their toes into insanity -- pretending that they have "transgendered" over to the other side, as if they would even know what that would feel like. But the worst part may be the enablers -- those who pretend it's all real and perfectly normal. Yup.
